OVERVIEW

PRESENTED FOR JENNIFER DAY

We will provide a thought-evoking 5 minute docu-style promo video that will showcase multiple students sharing their story on how J4NG has helped them transition to a positive life through it's program.

This short story piece will be used as a presentation for potential donors and enhance the image of the J4NG program. Joe Gazzola will be Director and take lead on this very important project to ensure the client's final product meets their overall standards. 

We will be filming this product on the Sony FX3, which not only is Netflix approved, but has been used for major motion pictures. This rig will provide a cost effective rental solution to ensure the client's budget is met without compromising footage quality, and deliverables. 

Editing will take place in Las Vegas, and the client will be provided both the native assets and a final cut with no limitation on edit changes to ensure final result meets their goals.

CLIENT: AVICII

CLIENT: STUDENTCITY

The client wanted to capture the essence of what Spring Break could be to inform, entice, and educate about the culture outside the infamous party atmosphere. The concept was to follow a small volunteer group of Spring Breakers around for a few days and create a narrative from the vantage point of the main friend.

Shot in just 3 days on location in Cancun, MX.

CLIENT: GROOVE CRUISE

This 3 part docu-style narrative followed 3 actual cruise goers as they navigated the World's largest festival cruise. Each guest was followed around for one day and told their story through their narrative.

CLIENT: EXPEDIA GROUP

Expedia Group is the largest travel company in the World. They had a demanding 2 day expo where panels, high level interviews, and over all coverage was requested from a crew of 8, Directed by Joe Gazzola. The recap video was to be an internal presentation to their executives and share holders to showcase the value of their partners expo.

CLIENT: NEON DREAM DOCUMENTARY

This is the story of Sean Mochon, born a quadriplegic due to Cerebral Palsy. Directed by Joe Gazzola, this story follows Sean for one year, to help him overcome the challenges, and follow his dream to one day become a DJ.

CLIENT: PAUL MITCHELL: KELLY SALON

This launch event brought in salon mogul and Patron owner Paul Mitchell to debut the newest salon in Las Vegas. This launch required a recap, and a limited scheduled sit down interview to build a recap video of the whole experience while showcasing the salon.   Shot in 4 hours.

Narrated by the founder of the company, Denial Events wanted to showcase their commitment to creating compelling events globally, and let the World know they are here to disrupt the event industry.  Shot across multiple days through-out the World.

CLIENT: LOKVOX

LokVox is a biometric security company hell bent on stopping AI piracy in its tracks. Director Joe Gazzola was tasked with creating a micro-doc style trailer that would induce fear and educate entertainment industry enterprises that it's time to take action. This trailer has led LokVox into opportunities to SAG AFTRA, IBM, and even Congress.

ADD-ON PACKAGE

Complete Social Media Management

$2,650 Monthly ($31,200 yearly)

ADD-ON PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Frequency of an estimated 25 posts per month across all platforms scheduled. (25 for each social media account)

  • Platforms include Meta/Instagram, X, TikTok, & Youtube.

  • Additional less frequent postings will be scheduled on Pinterest, Linkedin, and similar.

  • A Video & Photo content session is required per month on or offsite to batch out the content needed.

  • All scheduling, editing, and management of social media account is included.

  • Coordinated website updates to synchronize with all social media scheduled posts.

  • Estimated 50 hours monthly required for all content development and social media management needs.

  • The value of this package in advertising costs alone is substantially more effective. 

TERMS

  • Deposit of 80% will be required with a balance of 20% upon delivery of final cut.

  • UPDATED: Additional travel expenses such as hotel, gas, wear and tear will be added to invoice.

  • Scheduling for media sessions must be done within a 72 hour notice.

  • Coverage of events require an additional $500 for video/photo media capture and short form edit under 60 seconds of video.

  • Retainer services required an initial 3 months booked followed by a month to month basis.

  • Additional cast, models, or features influencers/talent will be provided and paid for by client. 

  • Equipment storage will be requested and required to keep client costs down.

  • Additional terms will be outlined in proforma & contract provided once services are approved.

  • All travel expenses must be included and/or reimbursed by client such as flight, hotel, rideshares, car rentals, gas etc.

  • A daily food and per diem is required and will be reflected in the line items of the final proforma.

  • Client must provide her own
