OVERVIEW
PRESENTED FOR CYBEX
Revel Art will provide Cybex with a dedicated Miami media team ready to create world-class video & streaming solutions to showcase their product on a month to month basis. This proposal will break-down the services required to develop the quality of content requested by Cybex. We will use the pre-existing Cybex showroom or provide studio solutions locally for both streaming live, and capturing media.
Our live stream services will be provided in both real-time capture, or post-produced streams that can be scheduled for future needs. For instance, the initial stream will go live on "Cybex Live," and then we can re-edit the content into different formats specific for social media future needs.
We will also be able to provide social media management solutions to go in tandem with our monthly content sessions. This packaging will allow our client a full-spectrum resource to create content and deploy it across multiple social media and online platforms at once.
For live streaming purposes, we will be filming with our 6K Black Magic paired streaming package. This will provide the highest grade quality image in a format that can easily be matched, edited, and streamed for any use.

Our rigs (actual camera system shown above) will provide a commercial style image quality that can also be re-purposed for vertical and other social media required aspect formats.
The footage will be captured and switched live, via our Black Magic Atem setup ready to be keyed to Ustream or similar services. As a redundancy, the footage will independently be captured to our dedicated SSD cards to ensure the footage can be re-used in perpetuity. That way, not only will be able to provide a dedicated stream recording, we will also have the native footage separately recorded.
Organization, backing up, and editing of all content will be provided by our editor, to ensure content can easily be distributed and repurposed for present and future needs. The editor will also act as a satellite digital image technician (DIT) to ensure the camera systems and stream settings are optimized and tested.
Aspect ratio is a crucial part of every deliverable. You need content that can be repurposed for the ever changing landscape of ratios. We will ensure each content request will have the flexibility to meet future aspect ratio needs, Our shots will be in a high enough resolution that will ensure we can crop in to re-edit assets to whatever aspect ratio will be needed for social media future proofing.
Lighting support will be provided in the package to ensure the product and moving subject has enough key lighting across the set. We will package in continuous lighting support, diffusion and light shaping solutions.
Our wireless audio solutions will ensure a redundancy for both the live stream audio, and dedicated capture for post production use. All cameras will also have a dedicated shotgun for reference audio needs.
We will provide one operator on gimbal stabilizer / vest system, and another on a parallax slider that will constantly ping pong back and forth while keeping the product in shot. This package will create dynamic footage
An additional trip-pod mounted static wide shot will be recording for BTS & B-roll purposes that will create an additional post production wide angle support shot. This C-camera will be rolling throughout the duration of the stream to capture all the action as a redundancy and third camera shot.

CLIENT: EXPEDIA GROUP
Expedia Group is the largest travel company in the World. They had a demanding 2 day expo where panels, high level interviews, and over all coverage was requested from a crew of 8, The recap video showcases the live panels tha twere streamed, along with the gun and run interviews, and talking head on site setup required to pack a time sensitive schedule with major company owners & CEOs. The end product was to be an internal presentation to their executives and share holders to showcase the value of their partners expo. Shot in 2 days on location during the expo.
CLIENT: PAUL MITCHELL: KELLY SALON
This launch event brought in salon mogul and Patron owner Paul Mitchell to debut the newest salon in Las Vegas. This launch required a recap, and a limited scheduled sit down interview to build a complete video of the whole experience while showcasing the salon. Shot in 4 hours.
CLIENT: NEON DREAM DOCUMENTARY
This is the story of Sean Mochon, born a quadriplegic due to Cerebral Palsy. Directed by Joe Gazzola, this story follows Sean for one year, to help him overcome the challenges, and follow his dream to one day become a DJ. CLIENT: GROOVE CRUISE
This 3 part docu-style narrative followed 3 actual cruise goers as they navigated the World's largest festival cruise. Each guest was followed around for one day and told their story through their narrative. Shot in 3 days on location during the festival cruise with extremely challenging environments with very limited time to create a compelling after-movie.
CLIENT: STUDENTCITY
The client wanted to capture the essence of what Spring Break could be to inform, entice, and educate about the culture outside the infamous party atmosphere. The concept was to follow a small volunteer group of Spring Breakers around for a few days and create a narrative from the vantage point of the main subject which was interviewed for the voice over audio story-telling. Shot in just 3 days on location in Cancun, MX.

Scheduling for media sessions must be done within a 5 business day notice to ensure gear rental is available.

Retainer services required an initial 3 months booked followed by a month to month basis.

Additional cast, models, or features influencers/talent will be provided and paid for by client.

Discounts are already added based on going rates within the location of the productions and by expected hourly rental and crew.

Equipment storage will be requested and required to keep client costs down.

Additional terms will be outlined in proforma & contract provided once services are approved.

All travel expenses must be included and/or reimbursed by client such as flight, hotel, rideshares, car rentals, gas etc.
