By signing up, I agree that my fellow rideshare guests & companions have granted me full permission to represent and confirm their agreement to the following terms. I hereby grant permission to Honks The Clown, Interactive Rideshare, their aliases, associates, and partnership entities, the rights of our images, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of our voices as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that our image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of our image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in any geographic area. Photographic, audio, or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to Presentations, Courses, Online/Internet Videos, Media, News (Press) & similar entities.

I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me and my companions may be electronically displayed via the Internet or on a public platform including anywhere online such as social media. I confirm that the talent is a safe driver and professionally trained actor, and all interactions fit within the safety guidelines of all rideshare companies and state and local laws. I understand my interactions will be appropriate and I will limit distractions to the driver to ensure the safety of the rideshare guests and others on the road.
